Perfect recipe for Thanksgiving! Mine just came out of the oven, can’t wait to try them. I did had difficulty swirling the cream cheese in. I didn’t measure the maple syrup with a measuring cup, could that be the reason?

Yes next time you could whip the cream cheese a little longer and add a tad more maple syrup to make it easier to swirl.

So moist and delicious! Appreciate the use of maple syrup instead of white sugar. I wanted something pumpkin and it was quick and easy to whip up.

I made these today and they are soooo good! The kids smashed them down, definitely going to have to make bigger batches 🤣

I realized after baking that the recipe calls for swirling in the cream cheese layer — I missed that step and left it on top instead. Maybe that’s why we didn’t enjoy them as much. We typically love pumpkin flavor, so I may try making them again the right way next time.

These were great! I used a mini (1oz) muffin pan, swirled a teaspoon of the cream cheese carefully on each muffin with a toothpick, and they turned out so pretty. And delish!!

So I didn't realize there are two types of "mini" muffin pans lol... So I used the "regular" mini muffin size - the "2-bite" size... I just bought a silicone mini muffin pan and I wanted to give it a try. I also have a donut hole pan that I also used

So I actually just checked and both size muffins are called mini which is so confusing but it’s the 2oz cup capacity that I used and I linked it in the recipe. Hope that helps!

I’d love to hear what size Emily did too, but we did the small size silicone muffin trays but not the minis which is the smallest size, they would be a little hard to do as minis with the cream cheese but it could be done very carefully. Ill add in the link to silicone pan size I used in the recipe now for reference!
