I made these bagels. I don’t think the measurements in grams or ml were quite right for the yoghurt, because the dough was very runny. I had to add quite a bit more flour and adjust the other ingredients as well. The dough was also so sticky that I couldn’t make holes in the middle. Luckily, they taste really good, and the kids absolutely love them!

We have found that different kinds of yogurts have different levels of moisture so yes just adding additional to get to the right consistency is the best way to make them!

Can you make these dairy-free and gluten free/? If so, what would the recipe be?

You can use dairy free yogurt like soy or almond milk yogurt and you could try oat, almond or another gluten free flour but I honestly don't know how they would turn out as I've only ever made them with regular flour.

Made these without the raisins (my 2 didn’t want raisins!) I’ve no idea if they are ok! Just letting them cool but they look and smell lovely!

Would have loved a photo of what the loaf looks like and the kneading video

What type of flour do you suggest using for this and other recipes that just say flour, and what brand do you use?
