A lot of your recipes call for protein powder. Is that safe for kids? My kid is 3 years old and giving protein powder seems odd.

For younger children we recommend swapping out the protein powder for oat or almond flour. There are places that make protein powder specifically for children but of course that’s personal preference for each parent. Clean simple eats and just ingredients are two companies that we get our protein powder from if you want to look into it. We are also creating a collection in the app geared just to toddlers and all the recipes in there will not have protein powder so you can feel good about making them as is! I hope that helps but let me know if you have any other questions!

Thank you so much for your detailed response. I wasn’t aware there were protein powder for kids so I’ll check that out and will do the swaps with the recommended flours for now.
