We love these so much! Surprisingly my favorite part was the cookie. Made them in large muffin tins which I don't recommend because they are so rich.

I used semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate because that’s what I had, and they still turned out great. The peanut butter flavor definitely comes through. My youngest even said they reminded him of our no-bake energy bites. Everyone loved them!
