I am not sure where the sesame seeds get put in. It’s not stated in the method or I’m blind.

They get added in with the flour and cheese, I just updated the recipe, sorry about that, somehow that got missed!

Can you use gluten free flour or an alternative flour like almond etc.?

Hmm I have not tried but I would imagine gluten free flour would work best as an alternative.
