Was expecting more of a " cookie" texture but my kids called them muffins and they still loved them! Would definitely make again. Very easy and filling

I used 1.5 cups flour and 2 cups of oats and these turned out sooooo yummy! Not too sweet either. I’ve been eating them for breakfast 😅

These are absolutely delicious! Because they are so soft and moist, what is the best way to store them so they stay fresh? Right now I have them in a big ziplock baggie but I’m not sure how long they’ll stay good for like that.

I’m so glad you like them! I store mine in an airtight glass container or jar. But a plastic container or bag works as well.
