Can you use 18% cream if you don’t have heavy cream?

You can give it a try! You just need something that will thicken up a bit so it’s not runny when mixing with the chocolate!

It would have been helpful if you separated the ingredients into layers like in the twix cups. I mixed the whipped cream in with the dates. It still tasted nice but wasn’t ideal.
