Cookies are gorgeous and both my children like theses. However, I did find the conversion to metric for the flour not quite right. I added 120g, as the conversion states, but it was still very wet. I managed to find and weigh 1 cup of flour and it was 165g so i added the difference and that did the trick, the mix was perfect to form into balls after that. Definitely going to be one of my weekly bakes for the week ahead.
