Gorgeous! I have 1 child that is a picky eater but I never feel guilty giving him one of these because I know that they've got some goodness in them. I always make sure I have a freezer stash as they are great for school lunch boxes too

My teenage sons devoured these! I had to hide some so I could put some in the freezer😀 I got 23 large muffins from this recipe. This will be a regular at our house!

These are really tasty! The recipe made soooooo many 😅 24 standard size and 15 mini muffins. Perfect for freezing some!

So glad you like them, they are a favorite around here! And yes they do make a lot but I didn't want to cut the recipe down, because my kids love them so much so it is great to be able to freeze some and just pop in the microwave and eat!
