Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Combine all base ingredients together in a bowl and pour into mini silicone cupcake molds or if you don't have one you can drop with a spoon on parchment paper and then freeze.

2 cup Plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp Vanilla

2 tbsp Honey

1 cup Strawberries

Step 2

Once completely frozen, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil.

1 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp Coconut oil

Step 3

Drizzle melted chocolate on top and pop back into freezer for a few minutes then store in a freezer-tight container in freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy whenever you like!

These were delicious and so easy to make! I think next time I'd make them more bite sized for cleaner snacking.

My daughter helped and added dye free gems. We loved it, only complaint from my kids was it was really too frozen to just bite into… had to let it sit out a while before enjoying. Otherwise it was simple to follow and great treat.

I'm so glad they like them! A little tip for the freezer, if you make the strawberry layer a little thinner they will be able to eat them quicker out of the freezer!

I have a stash of these in my freezer at the moment and my kids LOVE them! Especially as we’re coming into the warmer seasons here - they love grabbing one in the afternoon and it keeps them going til dinner!
