Place pasta, chicken broth and water in pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed. (If pasta is not quite done add more water)

Can you use veggie broth and still get the protein content?

Veggie broth has much less protein so you might want to consider adding in some blended cottage cheese at the end or using protein pasta to get more protein.

So delicious and my kids had multiple bowls. I used parmigiano reggiano, pecorino Romano, sharp cheddar slice and mozzarella string cheese and it really added some good flavor and goodness ! 👌🏼

It’s made with chicken bone broth, you cook the noodles right in it which adds protein!
