Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In food processor, mix dates, oat flour, cocoa powder, peanut butter, syrup, milk and salt.

Step 2

Pulse until dough forms. Stir in mini chocolate chips.

Step 3

Roll in balls and freeze.

Step 4

Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips.

Step 5

Dip balls in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with coarse salt.

Step 6

Return to freezer to harden.

Okay these ones are really dangerous…because 2 of my 3 kids aren’t fans which means MORE FOR ME 😂 They are soooo tasty and deliciously fudgy in the middle. Will definitely make these ones a regular!

My photos skills aren’t the best, but these were!! I added some Greek yogurt drizzle and dye free sprinkles to some. Made 2 batches and brought them on our annual trip to the lake. They were GONE. So so so good.
