These are one of my favorite sweet treats! They taste better than an expensive store bought truffle, but are made with simple good for you ingredients so you can enjoy it anytime you want!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Grate the Orange rind. Combine melted dark chocolate, cashew butter, milk of choice, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and orange rind into food processor. Mix until smooth.

The ingredients call for orange rind, but in the method it says orange extract. Which one should I use (not even sure how I would use orange rind in a recipe like this?)

Sorry about that, I've used both options. I prefer orange rind. You just shave the rind and mix it in with the other ingredients and it gives it a nice orange flavor but not too overpowering.
