What can I use instead if I don't want to use protein powder?

I would do a 1/4 almond flour and a Tbsp of cocoa powder in place of the protein powder.

My toddler likes these but I thought the bottom layer was a little bit dry!

You can always do a little less dry ingredient next time to keep them a little moister!
