Hi is cashew butter a more neutral butter? If I like peanut butter, can I use that?

Yes cashew is a little more neutral and you can absolutely substitute with peanut butter if you prefer!

These were so yummy! For some reason it comes out pretty dry and crumbles apart easily if not covered by the chocolate on top. Should I add any more moisture so that it does not fall apart as easily? Open to suggestions!

Yes if it's crumbly add a bit more coconut oil or even another tablespoon of cashew butter!
